Vortex isn’t responding to commands

Check that Vortex has permission to read and send messages in the channel, and that you’re not missing the required role or admin permission for that command. If it still doesn’t respond, check the support server for outage updates.

How do I set up anti-nuke?

Open the Dashboard, select your server, then go to the Antinuke tab to whitelist trusted staff and enable protection modules.

Can I use both slash commands and the prefix?

Yes. Vortex supports slash commands everywhere, and the & prefix wherever legacy commands are enabled.

How do I report a bug or abuse?

Join the support server and open a ticket, or reach out to the team directly — details are on the About page.
